Derek Rodgers is the Managing Partner of Gardner Leader LLP, a firm of solicitors in Newbury, Berkshire, England, as well as being a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial team.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and joined the firm in 2005, after previously working in Sheffield and Leeds.
Derek advises businesses of all sizes and at all stages of their development – from formation and start-up through to their eventual sale. His clients include people starting out in business, established companies, PLCs and venture capital fund managers. He is also an accredited commercial mediator.
